Leah S. Gary is a resident of Rocky River, Ohio and serves as President of The William J. and Dorothy K. O’Neill Foundation in Cleveland.  Leah has an extensive nursing background, including a Diploma of Nursing from Fairview Hospital School of Nursing, and Bachelor of Nursing and Master of Nursing degrees from Case Western Reserve University. She has worked as a staff nurse, and held positions as Director of Nursing, Senior Program Officer, Vice President for Workforce and Community Health, Vice President of Program & Evaluation at teh St. Luke's Foundation, and several other leadership positions. Leah has been involved with IPM since 2002 following her participation in an Immersion Experience to Nicaragua.
