Katherine (Kim) McElaney lives in Douglas, Massachusetts holds a Master of Arts and works as the Director of the Office of College Chaplains at The College of the Holy Cross. Kim earned her Master of Divinity Degree from Weston School of Theology and a Bachelor Degree from the College of the Holy Cross. Kim has also worked as the College Chaplain for Holy Cross and Fairfield University. She has been the Board Chair for Jesuit Volunteer Corps East and Vice-Chair for Pax Christi USA. Kim has been involved with IPM for many years and has known Joe Cistone since his days as an undergraduate at Holy Cross. Ms. McElaney joined the IPM Board in 2005.
